Who we are

Double-OO is a specialist Post-Deal People Integration partner helping organizations unlock the full value of their M&A transactions. We have four building blocks for successful people integration: Culture, Collaboration, Commitment, and Communication. This is where most deals fail and thus underperform.

We use our four building blocks to guide leaders through the people side of integration —

where deal success is ultimately won or lost.

Why we exist

Our purpose is to help organizations create clarity, build trust, and drive collaboration after the deal, ensuring teams can perform at their best and value creation accelerates rather than slows down.

Deals don’t fail because of strategy. They fail because people leave. You have eighteen to twenty four months after closing to benefit from a strong people integration.

We help organizations protect value after M&A deals by getting the people side of integration right.

Nice to meet you

Raymond de Looze

Raymond has been working on complex post-deal integration processes for 25 years. Most of that period he was on the hard side of integration (models, systems, processes, legal & finance), with KPMG and RED, a boutique tax firm he founded in 2010. He then followed his passion to the people side of integration.

He’s a strong conceptual and analytical thinker with a reflective people-focused style. That allows him to bridge the people and business side. He can be pleasantly confrontational, and adds humour and optimist energy to any process.

He has written three bestselling management books on personal / leadership development and a people first philosophy for organizations, inspired on the successes of Team Rockstars IT. The fourth – on Collaboration - is in the making, in a joint effort with Mariken.

He’s a toddler dad and can be found in the gym and in the kitchen. He spends time on improving his Roman language skills and is learning to play the piano (not very successfully so far).
